We are very pleased to be able to offer attendees the opportunity of a tour of one of the greatest libraries in the world – Oxford University’s own Bodleian Library.
Two tours will take place on the afternoon of Sunday 12th April, one from 2pm – 3pm and the other from 3pm – 4pm.
In the Bodleian’s reading room generations of famous scholars have studied through the ages, among them five kings, 40 Nobel prize winners, 26 Prime Ministers, and many authors including Oscar Wilde, C. S. Lewis, and J. R. R. Tolkien.
Our tour will explore the beautiful interior of The Divinity School built in 1488, the 17th Century Convocation House, and Duke Humphrey’s Medieval Library.
Each tour will last for one hour and children over 11 are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
For just £7 per person this is a fantastic opportunity to visit a part of Oxford’s rich history – book your place now in the shop to avoid missing out.
